Returns & Exchanges — 14 days
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To start a return, please submit a Return Request using the form on this page. Once we confirm your order and the issue, we’ll provide next steps (return shipping label, supplier claim, or refund). Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days after we receive the returned item or confirm a supplier refund. Leanvera reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.
